When you receive an unsatisfactory response from your airline, or they refuse to uphold their promise to you - let us step in and help you!
You can fill out our free questionnaire where you will give us all the details of the issue, send us screenshots from customer service, and more. Once you submit it with us, we will then review your claim and send you a quote. There you will have the option to accept our services and pay the quoted price, or refuse. If you refuse, you will not proceed with drafting your letter.
Throughout the process you will be able to request edits and sign off. Then once the letter is to your satisfaction, we will send it for you by Certified Mail, provide you the tracking, and await a response!
Depending on the complexity of the situation, our demand letters range from $75 to $400. We charge a $75 deposit which will go towards the total for our services. See our FAQ’s page for examples of our services and their costs.
We offer an additional service of following up with the airline for you! You can elect to add this service for $100.
